Provide the address of the property that you are requesting a Code Enforcement Service Request for.
Specific information is required in order to process service requests.
Describe where the furniture is located on the property and list the items.
Describe where the trash is located on the private property and describe the items.
Describe the construction.
Where is the illegal occupancy taking place? (e.g. garage, shed, RV, etc.)
Provide the vehicle's make, model, color, and license plate if available.
